UK shipping

We offer free shipping to UK addresses for purchases over £60. All items are sent by royal mail 48 tracked. Parcels might take 3 to 5 working days to arrive after being sent.

International shipping

We ship globally with royal mail international signed. Shipping might take 5 -10 working days, depending on destination. Price will be calculated and added at checkout. In case that your country is not listed, please email us at info@darium.co.uk .

We would like to inform you that we do not have control over additional charges, such as import duty, import taxes or other fees charged by the destination country’s government or carrier. Any such additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns policy

Non-faulty products

If, for some reason you would like to return your DARIUM London products, please contact customer services at info@darium.co.uk to obtain a returns form and fill it out within 28 days of delivery to let us know that you are going to return the product/s. Unused, undamaged and in original packaging product/s together with filled out returns form must be send to the following address: Unit 7, 48 Windsor Road, W5 5PE, United Kingdom

We do not accept products that have been used or damaged. Please make sure you pack the items securely so we receive them in their original condition. Once we receive the products we will process the refund (cost of purchase minus shipping cost) within 7 working days.

The return postal cost must be paid by you. We advise you to use ‘signed for’ service to guarantee prove of delivery.

If you have made a purchase of DARIUM London products through retailer other than us, please return to the place of purchase, and follow the retailer’s returns policy.

 

Faulty products

If any damage or breakage occurs in transit please send pictures of the packaging and damaged items to our customer services address at info@darium.co.uk
